Turbine blade carrier and rotor seal replacement

The repairs were carried out by Metalock technicians using our portable site lathe and in situ boring equipment

Rotor seal modifications

A video of the Metalock new portable site lathe designed in house specifically for applications of this nature.

Metalock are changing J seals in both the rotor and blade carriers at the customer site. Keeping the work on site prevents costly transportation charges.
